Fees and rebates

Fees vary depending on the type and duration of the session.  Please contact me to obtain the fee structure. 

Fees are payable at the conclusion of appointments via direct debit or PayID.  

Private Health Fund Rebates

A portion of the fees may be claimed back through your private health fund (if eligible). Contact your provider for details as rebate amounts vary. You will need to liaise with your health insurance to receive your rebate.


Medicare Rebates

Medicare’s MBS M10 item group (complex neurodevelopmental conditions and eligible disabilities): expand to include stuttering, speech sound disorders, and cleft conditions for under 25s. Eligible people can access up to 20 lifetime speech pathology sessions (in blocks of 10) with higher rebates ($87.25 rebate for each session) via GP or specialist referral, helping cover more of the assessment and treatment costs. This is an additional pathway alongside the GP Chronic Condition Management Plan.

GP Chronic Condition Management Plan: Services are eligible for a Medicare rebate ($61.80 per session) under this plan for up to 5 sessions per calendar year. If you are eligible, these plans must be obtained from your GP prior to attending the initial consultation.


NDIS or ECA Rebates

Children with self-managed packages through NDIS. 

If you are concerned about other developmental areas apart from communication (e.g. concentration, learning, movement, eating, toileting, behaviour, overall development) contact Early Childhood Approach Services on 1800 800 110 to check if your child is eligible for government supported funding.
